These terms govern use of the ZEPHY website and purchases of courses, digital resources and other products or services offered on the platform. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Platform operator and contact
ZEPHY is operated by Vital-Herne ZÉPHY in Haiti. For questions about your account, a purchase or a course, contact support@vitalhernezephy.com.
2. User accounts
You must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity on your account. The platform may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access sharing, payment circumvention or violations of these terms.
3. Courses, products and access
The description, price, duration, included content and access conditions shown on a course or product page form part of the offer at the time of purchase. Access to paid content is provided after payment has been confirmed.
4. Pricing and payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the platform. Payments are processed using the payment methods available at checkout. An order is considered paid only after payment is effectively confirmed.
5. Refund policy
Purchases of courses, digital content, downloadable resources and other digital products are generally final and non-refundable. Legally required exceptions, confirmed duplicate payments or recognized payment errors are handled case by case under the platform's Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, texts, videos, learning materials, logos, graphics and resources on the platform are protected. A purchase grants a personal, non-transferable right of access. Paid content may not be copied, resold, redistributed, recorded, republished or shared without written authorization from the rights holder.
7. Third-party instructors
Some courses may be offered by independent instructors approved by ZEPHY. Each instructor remains responsible for the accuracy, originality and legality of their content. ZEPHY may review, reject, suspend or remove content that fails to meet platform standards or infringes third-party rights.
8. Platform availability
ZEPHY works to keep the platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, technical incidents, supplier outages or events beyond our control may temporarily affect service.
9. Responsibility
Courses are provided for educational and professional-development purposes. Unless expressly stated, they do not guarantee income, employment, business performance or any specific result. Users remain responsible for their decisions and use of the information provided.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the platform, its services or applicable requirements. The version published on the site is the current version.
11. Applicable law
These terms are interpreted under the rules applicable in Haiti, subject to any mandatory legal provisions that may apply to a specific situation.
